Appointments
Before your appointment, it's best to arrive 10 minutes early so you can confirm your choice of jewelry and one of our team can quickly talk you through the procedure.
Once the jewelry and the placement are confirmed, we sterilize the jewelry and the equipment, then disinfect the area to be pierced.
Your Obsidian piercer will guide you through the whole process to keep the experience calm and hygienic.
We'll then explain the aftercare to follow, and you'll receive by email the care routine to follow closely for the best healing.
You can have up to 2 piercings per slot. If you'd like more, another slot needs to be booked.
We only use single-use sterile needles, because it's the safest and most hygienic method for a quality piercing.
You'll find a link to cancel or reschedule your appointment in your confirmation email.
Age-related questions
Yes, from the age of 4, but it depends on their age and the type of piercing. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, with photo ID.

Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian for any piercing.
Yes. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and present photo ID for themselves and for their guardian.
For minors aged 16 to 18, written parental consent plus photo ID for the minor and the parent are required, but the parent doesn't need to be present.

We offer ASTM F-136 titanium and 14k or 18k gold jewelry, perfect for a fresh piercing. These materials are hypoallergenic, corrosion-resistant and nickel-free! Ideal for the best possible piercing experience.
No, we don't offer a click & collect service. That said, you can ask the store to order the piece you want, which it will do quickly, or order your jewelry online and bring it with you to your appointment.
Yes! If it's a piece from Obsidian that suits your piercing and a fresh fitting, we can sterilize it right here.
Yes, we change jewelry for €5, as it requires specific consumables.
Fitting is free from €50 of purchases, or with any piercing service.
