The Obsidian team does everything it can to prepare your order within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Then comes the carrier's transit time. The times below are indicative and given in working days:

Delays caused by the carrier's delivery services are outside our control.

As soon as the carrier takes charge of your order, you'll automatically receive an email at each stage of the delivery, with a link to your tracking inside.

Don't worry if your tracking number isn't working. It can take a few days for tracking to go live, until your parcel's barcode has been scanned by the carrier.

If the delay does seem abnormal (more than 72 hours in working days), feel free to contact us through our chat or the contact page.

No need to worry! Our packages are slim enough for your jewelry to fit through your letterbox.

If you chose Colissimo with signature, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox.

If you chose the Mondial Relay parcel point, the question doesn't arise: your parcel is waiting for you at the parcel point you selected. You're notified by email and by text as soon as it's available. ⚠️ You have 8 days to collect it from a Point Relais®, and 5 days from a locker; after that, the parcel is automatically returned to us.

For deliveries abroad, if you're out a delivery notice will be left and your parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point.

We only want to offer you the best quality there is. The quality of the piercing jewelry you wear deserves real attention, which is why we prefer 14k and 18k gold and ASTM F-136 titanium: two materials that are guaranteed nickel-free, hypoallergenic and built to withstand daily life.

Steel, for example, contains nickel, an alloying element that can be harmful to health. Only ASTM-F138 grade steel meets the standard for body jewelry; it still contains a high level of nickel, but its production method makes it less allergenic.

Would you like to return a piece because it isn't what you expected, or the size isn't right? No need to worry: you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to send it back to us. For practical reasons we don't offer exchanges, but we can issue a store credit or a refund. If it's a sizing issue, a store credit is faster, so you can order the right size straight away.

⚠️ Please note: a piece that has been worn or taken out of its sealed pouch cannot be returned.

From other countries, declare your return to support@obsidianpiercing.com, then ship your parcel yourself, at your own expense, using tracked shipping (keep your proof of postage). The refund or store credit is issued once the return has been received and checked.
