All our jewelry is designed to be gentle on your skin and support optimal healing. We offer biocompatible ASTM F-136 titanium, ideal for a first fitting, as well as 14k and 18k gold. These materials are hypoallergenic, nickel-free and resistant to corrosion.

What happens during a piercing appointment?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to confirm your jewelry choice with a team member. Once the equipment is sterilized, the piercing is done under optimal hygiene conditions. You'll then receive the aftercare routine by email.
Which jewelry is available?
We use ASTM F-136 titanium and 14k or 18k gold. These materials are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and designed for a safe first fitting.
Piercing gun or needle?
Our piercers only use single-use sterile needles, the safest, most recommended method.
Can I choose where the piercing goes?
Yes, the placement is chosen with your piercer on the day of your appointment, based on your anatomy.
Can children get pierced?
Yes, from age 3, with a parent or guardian present and their consent. Valid ID is required.
Can minors get pierced?
Yes, minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and present ID for themselves and for their guardian.
For minors aged 16 to 18, parental written consent plus ID for both the minor and the parent are required, but the parent doesn't need to be present.
How many piercings per appointment?
Up to 2 piercings can be done per slot. For more, a second slot is required.
Can I bring my own first-fitting jewelry?
Yes, as long as it's from the Obsidian store and suited to a first fitting.
Do you offer jewelry changes?
Yes: €5 for 1 to 3 pieces, €10 for more than 3.
Can I do click and collect?
No, but you can order jewelry online and bring it with you on the day of your appointment.
How do I reschedule an appointment?
A link is available in the confirmation email to cancel or change the date.
